The courtyard

We had a local couple around for dinner tonight and so the courtyard - and indeed the house - had to be tidied. Whenever we do this, we always say "Wouldn't it be great if it was like this all the time." Sadly as we carry on building around the place, tidy moments are not the norm currently.
An excellent evening. Guy and Alice brought around not just one but two Dorade that Guy had bought in the Marseille fish market, his old stomping ground from when he was a coral diver working out of Marseille. I expect in the morning that I will think I have drunk too much wine....
