Another bird species for the terrace

Sam called me this evening and asking what "this big bird" was that was circling over the terrace. After scrabbling around for binoculars and camera this was the best shot I got of it. A Griffon Vulture.
Clearly Sam taking his shirt off and lying on the sunbed as if dead was not a good idea - lucky he moved before it got closer although it felt close enough. There is a reintroduction project about 100 kilometres away to the West and they have been getting closer to us but this was the first time I've seen one at the house. First of many I hope!
