Laburnum Tunnel

Today I visited Kailzie Gardens in the Tweed Valley, near Peebles. It's a walled garden where mecanopsis, roses, rhododendrons, geraniums and many, many perfectly formed trees and shrubs adorn the garden's borders, not to mention beautifully manicured lawns to view the blooms from.

This wonderful laburnum tunnel, in all its glory, is strategically placed to lead visitors from one section of the garden to the next.
