Dewy

Another dewy morning got me this shot, and some very wet feet.

I then had a fairly relaxed day as I was lucky enough to have the day free of any responsibilities, a rare occurrence and one I intended to enjoy.

Finally my brother Jonathan wrote and recorded a free verse poem he wrote about an experience meeting one of his clients and his wife who has dementia, he visits as a district nurse. A really powerful piece and one I would highly recommend listening to that you can find here.
