No change there then!

This is a quickie as it's taken a while to get into it today. It did not feel like a Friday at all today. I suppose having a funny change in routine on a Thursday - office and hospital - did that. When my alarm went off this morning, I actually lay there listening to 5 Live without opening my eyes for a few minutes thinking how stupid I was to set the alarm for so early on a Saturday. Realisation soon hit me and I sprang out of bed when Radio WM kicked in at 5am.

I soon caught up with myself once I was downstairs eating my sugar puffs after my shower. It was a busy but quiet day if you get what I mean and the day whistled by at an alarming rate.

There were plenty of birds out today eating as if they hadn't seen food in weeks but these two sweeties appealed to me most today.
