Smaller than imagined but still special

I loved the blistering heat of today. We queued and queued for the ferry to see this lady. I was surprised at how much smaller she is in comparison to the large buildings but actually standing near her I was reminded of how big and important she is and was to many.
We went on to Ellis island which was interesting and a good step back in time.

I love love love walking the streets and seeing the sights. I can honestly say I loved every single minute of each day.
