Gently down the stream

6. State of mind

Been through a bit of a black dog mood the last couple of days, but today managed to turn it into an image for blip - oh, blip, what would we do without you?! Obviously now I feel a lot better :)

Actually, I'm always a little wary of doing this amount of processing, but as my WW1 project is about grief and memory - feeling as much as seeing - it seemed appropriate. So this was taken early afternoon at St Swithun's Church at Martyr Worthy (yes, another St Swithun's, there are a lot in Hampshire as the man himself was an Anglo-Saxon Bishop of Winchester. If it rains on his saint's day - 15th July - the rain will last for 40 days!).

Phew! Now for some journal looking - my favourite bit of the day xx
