More azaleas

More of the garden, as it has to be an early blip. I'm busy with grandson Thomas for the morning, then my oldest friend is coming to stay. We are going to town so that she can meet grandson Nathaniel, and Ella, before we have an early meal. After that it is a concert in the Sage. (But the journey home will mean I'm not back in time to blip before tomorrow.)
The meal and concert is my birthday treat to her. We have been friends for 60 years, she was bridesmaid at my wedding, and as I have no siblings, she is the closest I have to a sister. I'm really looking forward to her visit.

The bad news is the European election results. Only 36% voted. Women died so that we could vote and the apathy appals me.
