Dull day..

..Snow reported in the Cairngorms, sleet on the North coast (there are two coasts up here, the West coast, and the North coast! Durness is where the two meet.) Here in Scourie, dull damp and drizzley..

Harvested the first Kale of the season (didn't have any overwintering), salads, rhubarb for the hotel. Had to deliver it too..

When I went to Bristol, I downloaded a streetview map of the SW. In doing so, I lost some of my streetmaps of Scotland. Contacted the company, and was told to delete them and download them again. So I started at 10:20 last night, downloading through the night. Started the second file this morning and it finished at 4:45 this afternoon! Opened up the software to see if it worked, and found I've lost my other streetview maps. Contact the company again, and I'm now in the process of downloading 55 x 100 km squares.. I'll see if it works again in the morning!! This is the progress..

C, my brother phoned this afternoon. Mum's heart rate has dropped below 60, so they're taking her into Gloucester Hospital for observation, with a view to fitting a pacemaker.. I'm now carrying my mobile everywhere..
