Sunshine

13 hours Katie slept last night! She managed to sleep until 6am!! Unfortunately, I hasn't managed to sleep til 230, so it still felt torturous but she happily had a bit of time on the iPod as I snoozed.

She was at nursery this morning, not a good drop off. Even the promise of playing with new "pretties" that her keyworker had brought in for her and a couple of others to play with didn't placate her. It stopped not long after I had extracted her from me, but I thoroughly hate it. She had a good time though when settled, which is all that makes it bearable on days like this

I had suggested I bring her lunch with me for a picnic after nursery. She picked daisies and buttercups and skipped around in the sunshine. We took a quick bus ride to the bank and to buy ice lollies before we came home. She has plans of the garden, buckets of water and lots of splashing
