Mum's Birthday

Today is mums birthday, and what a lovely day we've all had - she opened her presents and we had a bit of a lazy morning, and then we got the bus into town at about 12pm. We had a few bits of shopping to do before going to Alfresco for lunch where we sat on the terrace overlooking the beach and the two piers, had a bottle of fizz and a wonderful lunch.

After we'd eaten, our friends Alison and Tony came to meet us for a drink and we sat chatting until about 5.30pm, We wandered back along the beach and everywhere was so busy, it really does feel like summer and tomorrow's supposed to be even better! We're home now and mum wants to watch Britain's got Talent, but we're all tired, so it's nice to have a relaxing night.

I wanted to blip mum today, but we all really like this photo that Alison took of the three of us, so I decided this should be today's blip. We've had a great day and I hope you have too!
