How time flies

Home time today boohoo! But not until we have had a trip round the lake on a rowing boat. Uncle K very kindly took the ores and the girls sat nicely with Aunty C. P has never been on a boat before so I wasn't sure she was going to like it but they all had great fun. They went quite far out from shore so I got to put the zoom on my camera to the test.

We also recreated a photo from our first trip to Centre Parcs back in 2011. P was only 15 weeks old! How things have changed in just under 3 years...time does fly.

After lunch we all parted ways and headed home. The sat nav decided to take us on a scenic route. It was very nice but did take over half an hour longer than the A1 would have. Once home we unpacked, started the mountain of washing and said a very BIG thank you to Grandma. Whilst we were away she has been in the house and scrubbed the kitchen (including the oven) & bathroom, hooved throughout, done the ironing and had a general good tidy up. She has to be the best mother in law ever!!
