Close Encounter

This was the last thing we expected to see during our walk round Quarrymill Woodland Park, less than a mile from the centre of Perth:-) Plenty of ducks and wild flowers and lots of birds singing in the trees, but never a cow!

She was really enjoying her long drink until we disturbed her and then she moved back up the bank on to the higher path and presumably back to her field.

We were lucky with the weather, as we missed the heavy showers and the thunder and lightening by minutes as we enjoyed our cup of tea in the cafe here. Funny old weather!
