The Fox & Hare

Sounds like it should be a pub, doesn't it? Instead, it's a wooden sculpture on Kinnoull Hill in Perth, conveniently located right next to the car park! It's one of several dotted about the hill and is weathering well, apart from the fact that the hare has lost an ear:-) The views from here across the River Tay are usually spectacular, but there was too much of a haze today to show the view well.

The wall is finished at last, as all the extra bricks needed were delivered on time. It looks superb, but is missimg its finishing touches of the copings and caps, hence our trip to Perth to order them. Once these are in place and the garden is tidied up, I'll blip the finished article and let you see it in all its glory:-)
