Gorse Tea
I was scouting about the meadows this afternoon looking for sorrel and such. I didn't find much but there was lots of new hawthorn leaves and ample gorse. I'd heard you could make tea from both of them, so I had a go.
Infuse in boiled water for 5 mins and pour. Looks like a very light green tea when brewed, smells like melon and coconut, and tastes very pleasant.
