Well Deserved

I worked the close shift today after a busy day and it would have been fine except I made a mistake when cashing out. This meant that I was cashing out for the whole two hours of closedown and Ali had to come help me after she had finished at the second Star Wars meeting.
Together we eventually found out where I had miscounted but unfortunately tomorrow's cash out will have to be banked under by €100 to balance it out.
After we had finished we went to McDonald's for tea, I had mozzarella cheese bites and coke and Ali had cheeseburger and fries. It was a well deserved meal after the ugly cash out!
It was John R's last shift with me today and I am sad to see him leave as he always did a good job for me and was a morale booster for the team. I wish him luck in his new job.
Today I am really grateful for the best LCM ever for buying me strawberry cheesecake and for the best ASM in the world for helping me to cash out, not freak out.
