A day of gathering...

Today has been a day of gathering of people for me. First off, I had fun at Sports Centre with my labmates playing one of the games that i just enjoy, badminton. The feeling of hitting the shuttle-cock is such an exhilirating feeling. Tony and I paired against Oliver and Jasmine. Technically none won because the game we had wasnt finished (but our team was ahead by two points?).

Second, I had a nice dinner with a few of my flatmates at Nando's Peri Peri Grill in Leamington. It's always nice to carry out night outs with people you live with but seldom sees! Catching up on each other's activities is such a nice change of topic from the usual academic conversations that i have.

Thirdly, to cap the night off, although i wasnt much of a participant in the activity, my flatmates and I headed to this Shisha place in Leamington (sorry i forgot the name of the pub). It was probably the first time that ive been with people having shisha although i have been asked before back in the Phils to try it. I thought that the mechanism of shisha was soooo 'Breaking Bad'.

With all the things that i did today, i forgot to snap a very good photo and so ended up with this very dull shot of the lamps at the Shisha place.
