a trip to conkers with mamma and grandad

Last night was our night without the babies as they were at their sleepover at mammas and grandads but no meal out, or even a take away for us. I was in bed for 7 and mark was my nurse :(
the Dr did tell this will get worse before it gets better and wow last night it did I was a mess. Thank god for grandparents.

today mum and dad took the babies to Conkers, we have taken them before it's a great day out. but think they may need an early night tonight. they went in the science park, around the obstacle course, boarded the train to the park and then a rest with some lunch. my dads back isn't the best at the moment so it meant mum going on everything with both of them (just like yesterday)
