what a lovely day

i just knew from the moment we got up and the sun was shining it was gonna be a nice day. it looked like a lovely summers day outside

i still needed to get erin something to wear for the party tomorrow so deceied that we needed a girly day. so off we went leaving the boys at home.
think this is the first day since having caleb that me and erin have spent more than the length of nap time together. so off we went to hit the shops. it was such a lovely afternoon, erin was so funny and it seemed so easy, no pushchairs and a fully mobile child that also can have a (kinda) conversation with you. she kept telling all the strangers in the queues that her chin was all better now from when she banged it before.
we got a beautiful dress for the party and some other bits for her and caleb :)

back home to the boys we made the most of the sunshine and took the babies outside, mark had brought them a new picnic table for easter so put that up. it looked so funny with them sitting at the table with coats and hats on with the parasol up and the sun shining down, but it was still a little chilly.
