A dramatic day

Well for sport anyway. In a local hostelry just up from the river after watching Oxford steaming ahead as they passed Chiswick Mall. I understand the clash incident is being investigated as I type so the result may change.

Unfortunately for the Met Police U10s there will be no stewards' enquiry following the high drama of this morning's game when somehow our 6 boy team managed to work their wotsits off and pull a 2-1 victory out of the bag.

And now for 48 possibly very quiet hours as the kids have headed off for a Wolverhampton mini-break to stay with their grandparents. As we can't cope with the spookily quiet house we are in the pub.
