Know your onions

Today was red onion marmalade today. Sadly today was not 'remembering to put red wine vinegar on the shopping list' day. So the marmalade will have to be finished off tomorrow.

So, just the chocolate truffles and florentines to go, and the Christmas presents will be done... (Apart from presents for the kids I know who, cosmopolitan as they are, might feel a bit shortchanged by a jar of onion marmalade.)
