Mother's Day

A stunning Peacock butterfly was posing on this Periwinkle flower. Just what I needed to post on my mother's Facebook page for Mother's Day!

Typically, it rested there long enough for me to fetch the camera, position and focus, but a millisecond before the shutter clicked, it disappeared from the view finder. The flower went up online without its more colourful adornment. I don't think Mum minded.

I've had a shockingly busy week with no blipping time. Go back to see the past 5 days that were missing. Whehey... I caught up!
