Late Arrivals?

This group of storks flew over this morning. Maybe they are looking for a home. Lots of people would be happy for them to build a nest on their houses or barns but they are apparently quite particular about the siting of the nest. They probably don't like northerly draughts and are keen to have a pond close by. They have never shown much intention here. I think it's because there's no water very close. In any case the dogs would be barking at them incessantly.
