Soviet Motorbike

P our neighbour came round for a chat on his 1953 motorbike. Pipeman was interested and had a good look.

P came back later for the motorbike since its battery had given up. It was the first time he had tried the bike this year. Battery changed and engine started. Dudka followed him back. Dudka is going to be joined by a famous rescued dog, famous because P and O were chosen from thousands to provide a new home. The dog's plight was on television as its former owner had been caught on film throwing it over the wall into the dog rescue centre. P is an ornithologist and musician. I'm looking forward to hearing him play the bagpipes.

Pipeman drove the tractor away to be looked at. The water pump needs fixing.
