Best day of the year so far, solar panels did nearly 15 kW. R came over to try and sort out his Photoshop 12. Think we did something but didn't have the product code to enter.. Man turned up to look at the boiler (I discovered a leak yesterday), a spot weld has corroded and is spraying out a fine jet of water. Was told either a new boiler (£3000) or try welding a patch over it. N came over to have a look and is going to have a go on Thursday. It's a combi boiler, and does the heating and hot water. Could be a cheap fix, or an expensive new one. Fingers crossed.

I've planted some lettuce in a bed in the poly tunnel, now have over 200 growing..

Yesterday I fixed the floorboards in the shed, and today in the time left to me, half built the stairs.. Maybe finish it tomorrow.

Dora, the cat came in this morning looking like she'd been scalped. All the hair from the top of her head is gone. There's one or two scratches, but nothing like I'd expect if it was another cat fighting. It looks a lot worse than it is. It' sclean, but raw looking, and no blood. It's the top of her nose, between the eyes, and halfway back to one ear.. She doesn't seem to be in pain, and has been asleep most of the day..

Missed yesterday, again. Was too engrossed in woodwork. Oh well..
