Not feeling that great today, managed to take Juno out fro a stroll.

Eco son was at the physio today, his Osgood Schlatter is back, so ice and stretches , no excercise and another visit in 2 weeks.

Progress at work, thing signed off at last.

Left early today and walked slowly home.

I read up on intergration tonight as I was tutoring it tonight, not bad session.
