Meet the Appletons

I had another visit to the Osteopath this morning, and boy did she find some painful spots, but it definitely seems to be working.

It was a morning of sunshine and showers, but by lunchtime it had blown over and once Scarlett was up from her morning nap we headed to the Marina where we went to Nando's for lunch. We then walked from the Marina into Brighton as I had a couple of things to do in town which included buying Scarlett some clothes and a new doll. It was a bit windy but nevertheless a nice walk, and Scarlett was able to have her afternoon nap in her pushchair.

It's lovely having them here to stay, and Scarlett is an absolute joy, so today my blip is of my lovely family at the Marina, and if you look closely you'll see that Scarlett's wearing the perfect Blipper's top with a camera round her neck - you can see it better here.

Anyway, Scarlett's just had her bath and is getting ready for bed. Tonight we're having pizza and wine and a relaxing night in front of the TV, hope you have a good one whatever you're doing.
