It was up early to get him ready and off to nursery. His mum and dad took me to see the house they are trying to buy, then we picked up the girl from the ferry. She has come down from London to spend part of the weekend with us.

Then it was a quick lunch out before my son and daughter-in -law set off for the weekend away. The little fella barely noticed.
We built a huge lego castle, we dug for worms, we watched his Tractor Ted dvd several times, we played tickling games and we had a late night with chocolate biscuits and lots of stories.

It's really nice to see the girl too.
