Mono Monday #6 ..............

.......... a gate!

NOTE: Oooops I see that Hobbs is hosting and the theme is food - errrrrm, it's a wooden gate so I guess it would be food for woodworms!!
I promise to keep in line next week, Hobbs, sorry!

Went up to Mum's this morning and remembered this lovely gate when I took the photo of all the woodland snowdrops last week - did a quick detour and here it is.
Gates without fences/hedges either side always make me smile as you can just walk around them ....

Had a lovely day out going through the Lincolnshire Wolds and some pretty little villages before ending up in Chapel St Leonards .... fish and chips (thanks Mum) sitting in the warm sunshine just on the edge of the beach - was almost like a summer's day without any tourists!!
The best kind of day :-)).

A call in at the supermarket for some shopping before dropping Mum off at her home - now at MY home ready to cook a meal for Himself.
