Marlborough wine region

Classic view on a beautiful sunny day.

A lazy morning followed by an organised wine tour, so neither of us were driving!! Small group of 6 in the bus, 2 from Netherlands, 2 from Switzerland and us 2 Brits!! The female driver was from the former East Germany.

Interesting to try out wines that I would normally given a miss, as I thought I didn't like them.

Visited a quilting shop (bought a wall hanging kit to do) and a Chocolate Boutique (had to buy some)!!

We have NZ venison medallions for dinner........tasty!!

Then will have to have a sort out of cases etc for tomorrow as we are crossing to Wellington. We have a hire car and will leave this one at Picton and pick up another at the other side. So everything needs to be organised and manageable. No chucking everything in the boot!!!

The weather forecast is not good, so looks like it will be a wet crossing!!
