Today's blip comes from under the Bill Healy bridge along the Deschutes River trail. This is one of my favorite places to run. It is so picturesque. The freezing fog was thick today and the temperature barely got above freezing.
Today was a blah sort of day, both with the cruddy weather and annoyances at work. I have some supremely arrogant coworkers and on most days I try to take it all in stride, but sometimes my frustration gets the better of me. Today was definitely one of those days where frustration took hold and threatened to send me into a tailspin of bad and counterproductive thoughts. A nice run along the river was great for clearing my head of self defeating thoughts.
In other news, my little Princess is now 11 months old and nearly walking! I just can't believe how strong she's getting. She can stand on her own now and take up to about 5 steps on her own. It's so amazing and rewarding. I love being a mother.
