Pain management

One of those days when you're not quite sure how you got to the end of it and it is a relief to realise that somehow you did. Today didn't involve a trip to the magic physio and it did involve sitting at my desk and some proper work. My shoulders and back were not happy. All I could think about what was the amount of work I need to do before the weekend and how incapable I feel of doing it.

A nice bedtime with the kids and putting a couple of lovely social plans in the diary has ended the day on a brighter note. That and the fact I can legitimately take another painkiller and go to bed now.
