My bandage has been upgraded. My magic physio has done her stuff. I went in hobbling and hunched and came out straighter, looser and less stiff. And hopefully diagnosed with trauma of the knee and the neck but no damage which is a huge relief.

The rest of the day was all very Monday-ish, and very post holiday-ish. Not especially bad, just a bit, you know, post-holiday, I have a sore back and neck and knee, Monday.
