A buzzing busy bee

The bees have arrived in force lately, and they are very attracted to anything coloured blue. We had a blue tank and hose on the back of the ute, and it was amazing how many bumble bees were flying around it, and trying to land on the hose.

We got all excited about 10 minutes ago - it was raining, but alas the excitement didn't last long. The rain stopped before the path could even get wet. *sad face*
