Buckwheat porridge

There are many grains/seeds that are equally good for making porridge as oats, so you can get a bit of variety in.

Here I used hazelnut milk, a banana and some soaked buckwheat. Topped with seasonal fruit - oranges and pomegranate.

I've got a yearning for some bread, so I've just spent the last hour kneading up some dough to make rolls for my lunch-time soup. Actually, the kneading part is only 15 mins - don't know where the time goes...
