Buzz

It was an early day that started with a 630am wake-up call to pack for the weekend and meet some friends at a bar for the USA vs. Russia Olympic hockey game. Too bad no one showed up to watch the game. Well, it turned out to be a good excuse for a mini bar crawl, since I also needed to return my friend's EZPass that somehow ended up in my purse the other night. Knowing the manager of a bar = free drinks! :)

Before hitting the road, my roommate introduced me to a local bakery with some delectable gluten-free goodies! We ate some there and took some to go. It rained the entire way.

At night, I went to a Valentine's Dance with my parents. I enjoyed all the fun and silly games they played, including Freeze Dance, Most Romantic Couple, and Valentine's trivia. I learned that seeing a robin on Valentine's Day supposedly means that I am destined to marry a sailor. At the dance, one of my mom's friends tried to set me up with her son. I wonder if a sailor's son counts? :)
