Coziness

Yet another early morning. This time, for the Virginia is for Lovers race. I signed my parents up for the Sweethearts 6k and me and my roommate did the 14k. I hadn't really run a race since the Las Vegas Rock n Roll last year, so I knew it was gonna be rough. I had no idea how difficult it would be to breathe in 30 degree weather, though! My little lungs struggled to take in the below freezing air. But, we finished! :)

As always, it was such a great feeling afterward. I even ran into a few high school, college and work buddies.

At home, it felt nice to warm up by this fire. But now it's time to head back up and face the chills of Russia again.
