8.1C and bright with blue sky and white clouds. Breezy.

After the early shopping trip we decided to go through to Arbroath harbour for our walk before lunch. The sun was shining and it was almost mild except in the outer harbour where the breeze was chilly.

There were a couple of small fishing boats visible out at sea and two or three more with their engines running in the harbour as they were readied to go out. Creel boats and small boats for rod and line fishermen.

I enjoy looking for this sort of 'looking down' shot. Maeve the Deerhound enjoys going close to the edge and looking over. I noticed that Maeve is this day last year's blip ... and the year before. Perhaps I should have taken a shot of Maeve looking over the edge :-)
