Countryside

8.8C starting with light rain the drying up and becoming bright later. Zephyr.

Apothecary7's day off, or the end of our long weekend if you'd prefer.

It will be A7's birthday soon so we went on one of our short trips to the antique centres at Abernyte and Rait on the way to Perth and treasures were found. Two at Abernyte and one at Rait. The blip is typical of the countryside along the Carse of Gowrie.

We also had lunch at the Tufted Duck at the Rait antique centre. I can't recommend it highly enough.

After we got home I took Maeve the Deerhound, who was with us on our trip, for a two mile walk.
