"FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD,THERE'S NOTHING QUITE LIKE IT"

Well today we had it booked on our calendar, to do nothing!!

Not even cook, so the above is a special lunch at the famous Wick House B&B here in Stogumber. It is a wonderful old house and the food is glorious. We had delicious Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding (and they were huge), superb selection of real vegetables, not microved mush, followed by at least 5 different puddings. All residents of our little village, and as you can see a happy little bunch.

The weather has been a bit like April, sun and showers but with a biting wind and tonight it is quite cold.

Another Monday is looming but we have thoroughly enjoyed a great weekend as peaceful as possible.

Just this week to get through before our big outing next weekend when my youngest, David and his wife Kezia are travelling down from Bath on the Thursday. Then on Friday we are driving over to Redflash (my sister) and all going off to Wembley Arena to see the amazing Dream Theater in concert. This will be the fifth time we have been to see them and they never disappoint. Usually they have a support band, but this time they are live from 7.30 until late. If you google them you will see they are all Masters of their craft and write such melodic rock music.
