red covered bridge

the mrs. and the kids had another day off due to power outages from the ice storm. while we were out doing errands, we stopped by a nearby park to take some shots. the trails were a mess of broken limbs and downed trees. at one point we had to weave in and out to get through all the trees that had blocked the path. but it was worth it because our destination was the only covered bridge (that i know) of in our area. it was a very peaceful scene ... although quite cold :)
