Especially For Me.

Hi Tom

It's been a miserable day today and if I didn't have things to do I'm not sure I'd have bothered getting dressed.

I was up early but not early enough as I was a bit late for bootcamp. The alarm went off and I nodded back off to sleep. When I finally woke up I only had five minutes to get there...that's why I was late. I could have rolled over and said sod it but I didn't. I also went for a run after as well.

This afternoon I was helping out at a gala for years 5 & 6. I was starter and chief executioner....disqualifying kids for faulty finishes and takeovers. Luckily I didn't have to disqualify many...something I hate to do. I was very good at telling them before the start of each race how they should finish but they still made mistakes. It was really enjoyable as the children had a great time...and I'm deaf now!

Look at my posh coffee I had...with my initial on it. That's the reason I had a cappuccino...just to see my initial floating on top. It was a very welcoming cup of coffee. The problem is I wanted cake with it. It took all my willpower to say no....but I feel better for saying no now.

I'm off to life saving tonight. I so wish I didn't have to go. It really is an early night kind of night....all wrapped up under the duvet watching a DVD. Maybe when I get back that's what I'll do x
