It's All Work!

Hi Tom

It was my work day today so I have decided to blip some of the children in my class. I was teaching the breaststroke today. They like working on the woggles. They all did really well. We did a bit more survival as well. Considering they are special needs they do extremely well.

One of my downs girls has been taken on to train with the Paralympic team of the future. They have seen potential in her. I'm so pleased that she has a chance.

Also I must tell you about Katy. She has been swimming in galas for disabled people. At the weekend she won a gold and bronze medal. I'm thrilled for her. She deserves to achieve at something. She has overcome so many problems and still suffers with many more. Katy asked me to let you know how she is doing :)

Ive got my Zumba class tonight. I want to sign up for the fitjam weekend next year. The dates are out and more than half of the places have gone. I think it will be more popular next year.

I've started to push a few weights as well now. Only the ones in my bedroom. I need to build up strength for the muddy race I've entered in April.

Apart from that it's been tidy up time at home. When dad isn't at home I like the house to remain just so.

I slept like a log last night. I turned the alarm off and the dogs woke me at 7.00. Boy did I need that sleep. Shame I've got to get up early tomorrow so 5.20 alarm goes back on.
