Clouds and Silver Linings

Unapologetic blip that extols the virtues of both Yorkshire and running .
Early start for a Sunday and 10k done with Snapshot Sam round Skipton. Worth the lack of lie in as it was an absolute pleasure to be out and feel free on a bright uplifting day and the views like this , well they make it perfect.
In no way did I check out every passing peloton of cyclists just incase a Brownlee was out and about

Came back , bought some trail shoes and then went for another run . Rude not to when there are new shoes crying out to be covered in mud .

Peppered the running with coffees with friends and now sitting down with good food and a Dave Grohl documentary .

It's a hard life . X
