Gorgeous day, started with 11.5 mile run that started before sunrise and ended with a crisp blue morning.

So many cyclists and runners out. Ran past one of Yorkshire's finest Olympians, Jonny Brownlee, whilst he was out on his bike.

Fair to say he is terrified of losing his world class title now he has seen me go.. in other news people are buying their ice skates in hell.
