Quality time....lazy Sunday, surprise visit, very close friend, unplanned evening, 5 weeks without them, smiles, laughter, overdue catch up, at ease with, Irn Bru, just the two of us, still, time, 'Despicable Me', missing piece, happy, sofa, platonic, comfort, missed them, company, relaxed, share them, contentment, a taste of home, 10 weeks, safe, teasing, memories, change, thankful, usual banter, more smiles, "the 14th March is not just Pi Day...", true to, complete, lucky to have them, cushion attacks, more giggles, the big taste test - Battenberg cake v chocolate cake, genuine, new chapters begin for both of us, trust him, Harp lager - don't say I'm not good to you, together, just how things used to be, hope, stay silent now, on borrowed time, lovely night, late night....very precious time.

....results of the taste test - annoyingly I can't find anything wrong with his Battenberg cake, believe me I've been trying to find fault with it all week! So I must admit defeat, but just this once!

You can bake for me more often! :)
