Mostly trying to keep dry......

...... not that I'm obsessed with the weather or anything!
It's been really miserable here today so after braving the elements for a dog walk I have mostly busied myself in the kitchen and only looked out at the rain. Mr Cakes went for an afternoon breath of fresh air strategy; he is defrosting now before dinner!
Our good friends are moving house tomorrow so apart from having Bob for doggy daycare while they are knee deep in boxes I thought maybe making their dinner and some cake might help a bit too!
