Prophesy

"Noah was 600 years old when the flood of waters came upon the earth....In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the 17th day of the month on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened."
-Genesis 7.11

Nothing of biblical proportions happened here today, although the skies grew dark, and a gentle drizzle fell to earth. The weatherman on the news tonight will say that the gentle drizzle was not enough to fill the reservoirs, or slake the thirst of the vines, or grow the grass to feed the cattle.

I hope we don't have to wait until we are 600 years old. Perhaps on the 17th day of the 2nd month....
