Home Is Where the Heart Is

After a busy week and clocking up 70 miles on the car clock today, tonight is definitely one for chilling out on the sofa watching tv.

Been feeling a bit achey after last nights jog but planning to go out again on Tuesday on a new route with the girls.

This is one of the new pieces of equipment K., has been sent home with. Apparently I've been signed up as K's real life practice dummy to check all pulse points, and that my heart and breath sounds are normal... Fun.

Early night tonight in preparation for our trip tomorrow.
