A Moonlit Night

Second run of the week after a day off yesterday. Have been feeling a bit achey today but managed to push myself to go meet the girls down at Portobello.

I'm glad I did. We went a little bit further tonight and managed to knock a bit off the time. Think I've got a bit more confidence in what my ankle can endure, but my muscles are moving in ways that they haven't moved in a long time and are having a wee moan but at least they aren't loudly complaining!

Time for a warm bath :)
